Roof Replacement on Ashe Ridge Ln

Ashe Ridge Ln in Durham is a tall end-unit home with steep front-facing gables that catch every angle of light. Steep pitches like this take an experienced crew, the courses have to lay flat and the starter strips have to land exactly right. We installed 23 squares of GAF Timberline HDZ in Charcoal. The dark color frames the tall white-sided front of this home cleanly and makes those steep gables read sharper from below. Total project: $8,800, completed November 2025.
