Roof Replacement on Benning Cir

Benning Cir in Clayton is a substantial two-story brick home with one of the more intricate rooflines in our log, multiple intersecting gables, a round porthole window in one of the upper gables, and a covered front porch with white columns. The 39 squares this took meant moving carefully through every valley and around the porthole detail. We installed GAF Timberline HDZ in Charcoal. The dark color reads beautifully against the warm red brick and gives this layered home a roof that pulls every gable into one cohesive crown. Total project: $16,575, completed June 2025.
