Roof Replacement on Benton Place Dr

Benton Place Dr in Angier is a charming yellow home with a projecting bay window, a flag flying from the front porch, and a small front-facing gable rising over the entry. The 32 squares this took meant careful flashing where the bay window projection meets the main roof, plus around the smaller side dormer. We installed GAF Timberline HDZ in Charcoal. The dark color reads handsomely against the soft yellow siding, and the home now wears a fresh, sharp roof matching the care the homeowners clearly put into the rest of the property. Total project: $12,000, completed May 2025.
