Roof Replacement on Buckingham Rd

Buckingham Rd in Garner is a two-story red-brick colonial with a small white-columned front portico, a long side wing extending to the right, and a brick chimney rising at the junction of the two roof planes. With three roof planes meeting around that central chimney, the prep had us focused tightly on the chimney flashing. We installed 27 squares of GAF Timberline HDZ in Charcoal. The dark color reads sharp against the warm red brick and gives this classic colonial a clean, deliberate top. Total project: $10,270, completed June 2025.
