Roof Replacement on Chesterfield Dr

Chesterfield Dr in Cary has one of the most intricate rooflines we have worked on, with multiple intersecting gables, valleys running in every direction, and a long ridge tying it all together. The 44 squares this required meant time and patience on the prep, especially through the valleys. We installed GAF Timberline HDZ in Appalachian Sky, a cool tone that calms a roof this busy without flattening it. From above, the home now reads as a single composed shape rather than a collection of peaks. Total project: $23,970, completed May 2025.
