Roof Replacement on Englewood Dr

Englewood Dr in Apex is a long brick ranch with a generous L-shaped footprint, a center brick chimney, and an attached garage tying off the right side. With several wings meeting along the central spine, the valleys had to land cleanly during install. We laid down 30 squares of GAF Timberline Ultra HDZ in Charcoal. The dark color reads strong against the warm brick and gives this rambling ranch a deliberate, well-finished horizontal line. Total project: $15,830, completed November 2025.
