Roof Replacement on Glenn Glade

Glenn Glade in Chapel Hill is one of the most striking homes we have worked on, a stucco-and-stone estate in warm earth tones, multiple steeply pitched gables, and rolling Governors Club hills behind it. The 58 squares this called for had to handle one of the steeper garage gables we have shingled, plus the chimney and several intersecting valleys. We installed CertainTeed Landmark Pro in Pewter Gray. The cool gray reads beautifully against the warm stone and stucco, and the high pitches now catch light cleanly along every line. Total project: $35,375, completed October 2025.
