Roof Replacement on Gravel Brook Ct

Gravel Brook Ct in Cary is a two-story home with three small dormers stepping across the upper level and a teal-painted accent gable above the porch, all surrounded by mature trees. With three dormer faces, several valleys, and the porch tie-in, the prep work had to be careful and slow. We installed 35 squares of GAF Timberline HDZ in Weathered Wood, blending warm tones with the existing gray-tan body. The new roof gives the dormers cleaner shadow lines and lets the teal accent stand out the way it was designed to. Total project: $16,750, completed October 2025.
