Roof Replacement on Leach Dr

Leach Dr in Garner is a beautiful two-story home in white siding featuring a striking Palladian window set into a tall front-facing center gable. With a window detail like that, the new shingle had to lay perfectly flat across the gable face to honor the architectural feature below it. We installed 25 squares of GAF Timberline HDZ in Charcoal. The dark color reads sharp against the white body and gives the Palladian window the kind of dark frame that makes it stand out exactly the way the architect intended. Total project: $12,300, completed October 2025.
