Roof Replacement on Letcher Ln

25 Letcher Ln in Lillington is a compact single-story home that needed a simple, clean roof replacement at a price that worked. The 10-square scope was one of the smaller jobs in our log, which let our crew focus on a tidy, professional finish. We used CertainTeed XT25 in Weathered Wood, a warm-toned shingle that matches the home's modest character. Total project: $4,035, completed February 2025.
