Roof Replacement on Loblolly Cir

Loblolly Cir in Clayton is a contemporary home in brown-gray siding with a polygonal bay projection on the front, a brick chimney rising near the rear, and a complex multi-pitch roof. The 33 squares this took had us moving carefully through several intersecting gable transitions and the polygonal bay roof. We installed GAF Timberline HDZ in Charcoal. The dark color reads beautifully against the warm brown siding and the surrounding pines, giving this thoughtfully designed home a roof that suits its considered architecture. Total project: $14,485, completed June 2025.
