Roof Replacement on Manning Pl

Manning Pl in Raleigh stood out the moment we arrived, three eyebrow dormers stretching across the upper level above a bronze metal porch roof, paired with a brick lower level and a tall side chimney. Eyebrow dormers are uncommon, and the curved transitions called for careful detail work where the new shingle meets each one. We installed 44 squares of GAF Timberline HDZ in Charcoal. The dark new roof frames every curve cleanly and lets the bronze porch roof and brick chimney be the warm accents they were always meant to be. Total project: $19,440, completed January 2025.
