Roof Replacement on Mountainbrook Rd

Mountainbrook Rd in Apex is a thoughtful single-story home in sage-green siding with stone accents at the entry, a projecting bay window, and a complex hipped-and-gabled roof with multiple ridge lines. The 44 squares this took meant the team worked through several intersecting hips and a center chimney. We installed GAF Timberline HDZ in Charcoal. The dark color reads beautifully against the sage walls and the warm stone, and the new roof now gives this carefully detailed home the deliberate finish it deserves. Total project: $21,590, completed September 2025.
