Roof Replacement on Old Hickory Ln

Old Hickory Ln in Hillsborough is a single-story ranch tucked deep in a wooded lot, with cream siding, a simple wide gable, and a covered side carport extending off the right. The 20-square scope was a focused project that let the team commit careful attention to the carport tie-in and a clean ridge run. We installed GAF Timberline Natural Shadow in Charcoal. The dark color reads sharp through the surrounding canopy and gives this quiet country home a fresh, well-finished crown. Total project: $10,350, completed June 2025.
