Roof Replacement on Parkwood Dr

Parkwood Dr in Sanford is a single-story home in red brick with cream gable accents, a covered front porch, and an American flag flying out front. The 24 squares we installed had to flash cleanly between the two front-facing gables and the porch tie-in. We used GAF Timberline HDZ in Charcoal. The dark color matches well with the warm brick and gives this welcoming home a clean, fresh top. Total project: $10,727, completed October 2025.
