Roof Replacement on Pine St

Pine St in Wilmington is a long single-story home tucked deep in a coastal pine forest, the kind of secluded property that needs a roof done right because tree cover means more debris and more moisture exposure year-round. The 29 squares we installed used CertainTeed Landmark in Silver Birch, a cool gray-tan that matches the natural surroundings well. The new roof completes the home's look and stands ready for everything the coastal climate throws at it. Total project: $12,880, completed April 2025.
