Roof Replacement on Poplar Forest Ln

Poplar Forest Ln in Pittsboro is a beautiful two-story farmhouse in white siding with three front-facing dormers stepping across the upper level and a deep wraparound porch underneath. Three dormer faces meant three sets of step flashing to install correctly, plus a porch tie-in to seal cleanly. The 31 squares this took deserved a patient approach. We installed GAF Timberline Natural Shadow in Charcoal. The dark color reads sharp against the white siding and gives this farmhouse a top that holds the dignity of its architecture. Total project: $13,795, completed April 2026.
