Roof Replacement on Red Maple Ct

Red Maple Ct in Apex is a two-story home with one of the more layered rooflines we work on, multiple front-facing gables, a skylight cut into the front slope, and a stone patio wrapping the back. The 60 squares this took had us moving carefully through every transition, especially around the skylight curb where flashing has to be precise. We installed GAF Timberline Ultra HDZ in Charcoal. The dark color anchors the cream siding and gives the layered gable structure clean, deliberate lines. Total project: $32,450, completed April 2026.
