Roof Replacement on Roundtree Ln

Roundtree Ln in Goldsboro is a two-story farmhouse-style home in white siding with three front-facing dormers stepping across the upper level, a covered side porch on the left, and a long wing extending to the right. With three dormer faces and a side porch tie-in, the 39 squares this took meant patient step flashing throughout. We installed GAF Timberline HDZ in Pewter Gray. The cool gray reads beautifully against the white siding and gives this carefully detailed farmhouse a top that honors its considered architecture. Total project: $18,000, completed October 2025.
