Roof Replacement on Ruby Walk Dr

Ruby Walk Dr in Cary brought us a townhome project, a smaller scope at 13 squares but with the kind of detailing that has to be exactly right because every unit is on display from the curb. We installed GAF Timberline HDZ in Weathered Wood across the run, working carefully around the front-facing dormers and the step flashing where each section meets the next. The new shingle gives the row a warm, settled look against the white siding and blue shutters. Total project: $6,480, completed October 2025.
