Roof Replacement on Vista Dell Lago Ln

Vista Dell Lago Ln in Wake Forest is one of the largest projects in our log, an 87-square install across an estate-scale home with a deeply complex hipped-and-gabled roof, multiple intersecting planes, and a backyard pool. A roof this large takes a coordinated crew and a methodical approach to every transition. We installed GAF Timberline Ultra HDZ in Pewter Gray. The cool gray reads beautifully across the manicured property and gives this estate the kind of finished crown its scale demands. Total project: $35,000, completed September 2025.
