Roof Replacement on Yorkchester Way

Yorkchester Way in Raleigh is a brick two-story home with a covered front porch, an attached two-car garage with its own gable, and a chimney standing tall on the left elevation. With the porch tie-in, the garage gable, and the side wing all meeting at the front of the home, we had several valleys and step-flashed walls to handle. We installed 55 squares of GAF Timberline HDZ in Slate. The cool gray reads beautifully against the warm brick and pulls all the layered gables into a single, deliberate roofline. Total project: $22,900, completed April 2026.
