Roof Replacement on Roseanne Dr

Roseanne Dr in Wake Forest is a two-story home in cream siding over red brick, with a projecting bay window, a small front-facing gable, and a covered driveway leading to the attached garage on the left. The 25 squares this took had us flashing carefully where the bay window meets the main wall. We installed GAF Timberline HDZ in Charcoal. The dark color frames the cream-and-brick palette beautifully and gives this established home a fresh, well-finished crown. Total project: $10,900, completed January 2024.
