Roof Replacement on Valley Oak Dr

Valley Oak Dr in Dunn is a one-and-a-half story home with stone veneer across the front gable, a tall arched window centering the entry side, and an attached two-car garage to the right. The 39-square scope is on the larger side for a residential job, and the multi-plane roof with its rear cathedral section meant the install came down to careful flashing through every hip and valley. We tore everything down to the deck and laid out GAF Timberline Natural Shadow shingles in Charcoal. The dark color reads cleanly against the cream siding and warm stone, exactly the contrast a home like this calls for. Total project: $16,150, completed November 2025.
